Many may be surprised to find out that the largest career fair in the Southeast is held on the University of Florida’s campus.

Career Showcase, the career fair hosted by UF’s Career Resource Center, features hundreds of employers looking to connect with and potentially hire UF students and alumni.

Thousands of students attend Career Showcase with the goal of gaining an internship or full-time opportunity from a participating employer.  More than 8,000 students, participated in the Spring 2013 Career Showcase, breaking attendance records in the  20-plus year history of the event.  Exclusive to UF students and alumni, the fair spans two days. One day features employers with accounting, health care, communications, education, sales and management positions. And one day showcases employers looking for students in fields such as computer science, engineering, information systems, research and more.
